DESCRIPTION:The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is an advisory board to the Board of County Supervisors and other county officials\, on the protection of local historical and cultural resources. Duties include reviewing National Register Nominations and Certified Local Government grant applications; conducting an ongoing inventory of historic properties in the County and reviewing certificates of appropriateness. \nWhen there is an agenda\, the ARB usually meets on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are normally held in Conference Room 202 B in the Development Services Building located at 5 County Complex Court\, Prince William\, VA  22192. \nARB meetings are open to the public. \n

DESCRIPTION:The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation invites the public to enjoy the 2026 Summer Concert Series at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. Through August\, audiences can experience family-friendly evenings featuring premier U.S. military ensembles representing the Marine Corps\, Navy\, Army\, and Air Force. \n• July 2\, 7 p.m. – U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps & U.S. Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps\n• July 30\, 7 p.m. – U.S. Air Force Band Airmen of Note\n• August 20\, 7 p.m. – U.S. Navy Concert Band\n• August 27\, 7 p.m. – “The President’s Own” U.S. Marine Band \nConcerts are held on the Museum’s entry plaza. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Admission and parking are free and open to the public. The Museum\, Tun Tavern\, and Museum Store will remain open until 6:45 p.m. on concert evenings.
