Prizes for middle and high school students and a Grand Prize Winner! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrizes awarded on Sunday\, October 25th. \nCompetition Rules: \n· Entries will be judged on creativity\, originality\, technique\, presentation\, and emotional impact. \n· All entries must be submitted by email to childrensservicescp@pwcgov.org or by clicking on the submit button on the online form at www.pwcgov.org/library. \n· Only digital art will be accepted this year. \n· Competitors may submit a maximum of two entries. \n· Short Stories may be no longer than five pages. \n· Prizes will be awarded at the Creative Arts Showcase on Sunday\, October 25th at Chinn Park \n· Participants must be residents of Prince William County\, Manassas\, or Manassas Park \n· The deadline for entries is Monday\, September 14th

These works explore a consistent theme addressing the concept of space – taking up\, filling and probing the positive versus the negative.
