DESCRIPTION:Prince William County Procurement Expo\n“Procure with Purpose”\nEmpowering Innovation • Upholding Integrity • Driving Impact\nMarch 4\, 2026 | Hylton Performing Arts Center \nThe Office of Procurement Services (OPS) invites vendors and prospective vendors interested in doing business with Prince William County to attend the third annual Procurement Expo on Wednesday\, March 4 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with county departments and local resources at this expo-style event. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers\, increase competition\, and transparency. \nVendors will have the opportunity to: \n\nLearn each department’s mission\, the goods and services typically procured\, and contractual spend plans for the upcoming fiscal year.\nParticipate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions with County departments to discuss upcoming needs and what the department looks for in a contractor business partner. (Pre-registration required; matchmaking sign-up will be an option during registration.)\nAttend sessions on relevant and emerging topics\nComplete vendor registration on-site and receive assistance for the supplier portal.
