The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) invites vendors and prospective vendors interested in doing business with Prince William County to attend the third annual Procurement Expo on Wednesday, March 4 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with county departments and local resources at this expo-style event. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers, increase competition, and transparency.
Vendors will have the opportunity to:
- Learn each department’s mission, the goods and services typically procured, and contractual spend plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Participate in one-on-one matchmaking sessions with County departments to discuss upcoming needs and what the department looks for in a contractor business partner. (Pre-registration required; matchmaking sign-up will be an option during registration.)
- Attend sessions on relevant and emerging topics
- Complete vendor registration on-site and receive assistance for the supplier portal.
