Back to school vaccination clinic at Potomac Middle School, August 6, 9a-3p. Walk-in only, no advanced appointments.

Vaccines provided are: Hepatitis-A for kindergarten, meningococcal for 7th grade, Tdap for 7th grade, and Pfizer COVID-19 for those 12 years and older who choose to take such.

A parent or guardian must remain with the child at all times. Bring child’s vaccine record and copy of insurance cards where possible.
