Fatherhood Walk & Talk Wellness

Fatherhood Walk & Talk Wellness is designed to promote wellness through meaningful conversations and a revitalizing walk, celebrating the journey of fatherhood in a supportive community setting.
The event will begin with a mini-presentation about wellness and fatherhood, and then walkers will pair off and hit the trail. Following the walk, walkers will receive a short debrief and participate in a mindfulness exercise.
All walkers will take home goodie bags containing information about supportive Prince William County resources.
