Is your medicine cabinet due for a spring cleaning? Join PWC Police on Saturday, April 25, for National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. It’s the simplest way to protect your home and the environment by safely disposing of expired or unneeded medications.
Event Details:
When: April 25, 2026 | 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Where: UVA Health Haymarket, UVA Health Prince William, and the *Central District Police Station (* new location)
- UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center, 15225 Heathcote Blvd., Haymarket
- UVA Health Prince William Medical Center, 8700 Sudley Road, Manassas
- PWCPD Central District Station, 5036 Davis Ford Road, Woodbridge
What to Bring:
- Expired or unused prescriptions
- Over-the-counter meds
- Pet medications
- Patches, ointments, and vitamins
(Note: PWC Police cannot accept needles/injectables, inhalers, aerosols, or illicit drugs.)
Can’t make it?
You can drop off medications at any time at the secure kiosks in the lobbies of our Central, Western, or Eastern District Police Stations.
