During the COVID-19 crisis, residents are reminded to contact the County’s Coordinated Entry System to provide resources to any people experiencing homelessness. If someone experiencing homelessness is sick or needs to be tested for COVID-19, they should call a healthcare provider and that way the healthcare professional can determine if they need to be tested. If they don’t have a doctor then they should call the health call center line at 703-872-7759; or call 9-1-1 if they are experiencing a medical emergency.
Coordinated Entry System (CES) is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access. The CES team will quickly identify, assess, refer, and connect households to resources based on their strengths and needs. Through this process, people experiencing homelessness can access the crisis response system, in a streamlined way by contacting one telephone number.
CES number is 703-792-3366.
CES New hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:30am-8:00pm
The line will be closed Weekends and Holidays
