Currently, the proposal is in the study stage, with MEB General Contractors, Inc. conducting a Preliminary Engineering and Due Diligence for a Proposed Indoor Sports and Events Center at 13505 Telegraph Road in the Occoquan District. The community meetings and survey are an important part of MEB’s work to analyze the site and study costs and impacts.

An indoor sports complex – with the right location, specifications, and programming – would benefit Prince William County residents of all ages (proponents range from student-athletes to retirees seeking indoor pickleball space) and grow our local economy. Planned properly, it could become a venue for conferences and corporate events, injecting revenue into neighboring restaurants, hotels, and other businesses, generating prosperity and creating hundreds of more jobs right here at home.
