Thank you to Prince William County Police Department, PWC Fire & Rescue, and PWC Sheriff’s Office for another wonderful National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1. I was able to join them for outreach (and a cookout!) at Lake Ridge Fellowship House in Tackett’s Mill, where I had the opportunity to discuss community safety iniatitves and other local concerns with residents of this senior living facility. Afterwards, I met with the PWC Chapter of Moms Demand Action at Cloverdale Park.
Each year, National Night Out aims to foster a true sense of community, encouraging neighbors to get to know one another and connecting the public with our public safety professionals, making our neighborhoods safer in the process.
