Eleventh Street Development has received a demolition permit from Prince William County.
On Monday, November 10, their contractor, LCS Site Services, will mobilize to bring down the old Sport and Health structure on Devils Reach Road in Woodbridge. The center sustained damage from a fire in December of 2024.
No site work or grading will take place at this time. LCS anticipates site work and grading will commence in spring/summer.
LCS shared that the work will take four to six weeks, weather permitting, and they anticipate six to 12 trucks a day moving to/from the site as they recycle and discard the building.
LCS is a local firm from Woodbridge and understands the hours their team may work on weekdays and weekends/holidays. Eleventh Street Development reported that LCS has a solid reputation in the business.
